Fundraising video
Center in the Square used this 30 minute documentary as a fundraising video. It aired on local TV and told the story of the organization and how it planned to used the funds of the capital campaign. The creation of Center in the Square in the early 1980’s led the revitalization of Downtown Roanoke. After more than 25 years the Center and the museums it houses needed a face lift. This program educated the public on the Center’s rich history and why renovations were needed as well as how they could help the fundraising campaign. In the end the $27 million fundraising campaign was successful as were the renovations.
