Craft beer is a booming industry all over the country, including Virginia. Starr Hill Brewery is one of the largest craft breweries in the state. Starr Hill hosted Roots2Rock on the road: The Taproom Series at its first satellite location, Star Hill Pilot Brewery and Side Stage, in Roanoke, Virginia.

In each episode of the Taproom Series, Roots2Rock features the venue, the host brewery, in a segment called “What’s on Tap.” In this segment, Starr Hill Retail Manager Allie Hochman, gives us a history lesson, brewing insights and a taste of Starr Hill’s vibe.

What is Roots2Rock on the road?

Our Roots to Rock on the road series is just as it sounds. Our crew packs the gear in the wagon and hits the road to bring you live music streamed on our Facebook page. These live streams come from taprooms, smaller listening rooms and even recording studios. When we say live we mean a multi-camera switched live stream that will immerse viewers into the performance.
